* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Low-water crossings may be flooded.

– Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will continue
through tomorrow morning. 1 to 1 and a half inches of rain
has already fallen, with localized areas already recording as
much as 2 to 4 inches. An additional 1 to 3 inches of rain is
