Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued April 29 at 9:24PM CDT until April 29 at 10:00PM CDT by NWS Fort Worth TX

At 923 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles southwest of
Nocona, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD…70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
roofs, and outbuildings.

This severe storm will be near…
St. Jo around 945 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include
Fruitland, Bulcher, Capps Corner, Montague, Ringgold, Forestburg,
Illinois Bend, Nocona Hills, Marysville, and Spanish Fort.

A strong low will position itself in the eastern gulf late Wednesday, with sustained southerly strong breezes increasing to gale force overnight Wednesday into Thursday morning for Clarence Strait. Expect winds to slowly diminish later Thursday evening. A brief period of gales may develop for Stephens Passage and Fredrick Sound, mainly localized near Five Finger. Likelihood of short term gales Thursday morning have increased, but are still around 30%.
