A line of strong to severe thunderstorms will move across areas
from the I-88 corridor to Binghamton and across most of northeast
PA between 8 pm and 10 pm. This line of storms has a history of
producing damaging winds with trees and power lines being blown
down. A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 10 PM
EDT.
