* WHERE…Spring River above Baxter Springs.

* WHEN…From this morning to tomorrow evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 7:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 12.3 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall to 5.7 feet Tuesday
morning.
– Action stage is 12.0 feet.
– Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
