Flood Warning issued April 30 at 8:36PM CDT until May 2 at 3:03AM CDT by NWS Tulsa OK

…The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Oklahoma…

Bird Creek near Sperry affecting Tulsa and Osage Counties.

* WHAT…Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE…Bird Creek near Sperry.

* WHEN…Until early Friday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 28.0 feet, extensive flooding occurs between Skiatook
to north Tulsa. Highway 20 east of Skiatook is impassable. Lower
urban areas in east Skiatook are flooded. Some streets between
Turley and north Tulsa are blocked.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 26.6 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 28.0
feet after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood
stage late Thursday evening.
– Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
