Oklahoma…

Bird Creek near Owasso-Mingo affecting Tulsa County.

Bird Creek near Sperry affecting Osage and Tulsa Counties.

* WHAT…Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE…Bird Creek near Owasso-Mingo.

* WHEN…Until tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS…At 22.0 feet, extensive flooding of Mohawk Park occurs
with access roads impassable. Mingo Road between 56th Street North
and 76th Street North is covered by high water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 2:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 22.1 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
just after midnight tonight.
– Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2 Meteorological Summary:   Another day of mostly dry conditions expected across the state today (near 0-10% chance of rain). Lingering moisture may allow for a few isolated showers and thunderstorms along the Panhandle, Southern Peninsula, and Keys in the afternoon and evening with the sea breezes (10-20% chance of rain). An  isolated strong to severe thunderstorm or two  and isolated instances of  nuisance flooding  and  ponding of water   cannot be ruled out in the Panhandle. High temperatures in the 80s to low 90s; locally cooler temperatures possible
