Flood Watch issued April 30 at 8:21PM AST until May 2 at 8:00AM AST by NWS San Juan PR

* WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…All of Puerto Rico, including Vieques and Culebra.

* WHEN…Through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding
of creeks and rivers are possible. Area creeks and streams are
running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
