* WHERE…Along Rio Inabon in Ponce.

* WHEN…Until 1100 PM AST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 440 PM AST, USGS sensors indicated that Rio Inabon reached
minor flood stage. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the warned area.
– At this stage, PR-1 near Mercedita Airport may become
impassable later this afternoon and early evening.
