Special Weather Statement issued May 2 at 5:28AM CDT by NWS Little Rock AR

At 528 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Roland in Pulaski County, or 8 miles west of Maumelle, moving
northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD…Winds in excess of 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
