* Until 1045 PM EDT.
* At 753 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain
have fallen over the last several hours, and thunderstorms
producing rainfall rates in excess of 3 to 4 inches per hour are
moving through the warned area now. As such, flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
