Rio Loco Dam is rising, and Rio Loco at Las Latas has reached flood
stage. This river will likely flood PR-121, and PR-332 (next to
Hacienda La Igualdad).

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive runoff is expected.

* WHERE…Along Rio Loco in Guanica, Sabana Grande and Yauco.

* WHEN…Until 1130 PM AST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 528 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the warned area.
