At 504 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
capable of producing funnel clouds and strong winds, 7 miles north
of Navarre, or 8 miles southeast of Bagdad, moving northeast at 25
mph.

HAZARD…Funnel clouds and wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
objects.

At 512 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Malaquite Beach, or 20 miles south of Corpus Christi, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Padre Balli Park, Packery Channel, and Malaquite Beach.

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of central New York, including the following counties, Cayuga, Cortland and Onondaga. * WHEN...Until 900 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 612 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated periods of moderate rain continuing to fall over the warned area. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen. -
