expected. Strongest winds along and west of I-5.

* WHERE…Carquinez Strait and Delta, Central Sacramento Valley,
Northern Sacramento Valley, and Southern Sacramento Valley.

* WHEN…From 8 AM Sunday to 8 PM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

For the Gale Warning, northwest winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 12 to 17 ft expected. * WHERE...Waters from Point Reyes to Pigeon Point 10-60 NM. * WHEN...For the Storm Warning, until 3 PM PDT Sunday. For the Gale Warning, from 3 PM Sunday to 9 AM PDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas will capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
