Flood Advisory issued May 3 at 9:33PM AST until May 3 at 11:45PM AST by NWS San Juan PR

* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Fajardo and Luquillo.

* WHEN…Until 1145 PM AST.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 933 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
