Flood Warning issued May 3 at 10:18PM AST until May 4 at 4:15AM AST by NWS San Juan PR

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…Barceloneta and Manati.

* WHEN…Until 415 AM AST.

* IMPACTS…Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not
be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1015 PM AST, USGS river gauge reports indicated that the
Rio Grande de Manati is out of its bank, and will likely to
be overflowed over PR-2. Flooding is already occurring in the
warned area.
