Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued May 4 at 4:38PM MDT until May 4 at 5:00PM MDT by NWS Midland/Odessa TX

At 438 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles southeast
of McDonald, or 11 miles northeast of Lovington, moving east at 20
mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.

This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of east
central Lea County.
