Special Weather Statement issued May 3 at 8:19AM CDT by NWS Grand Forks ND

Relative humidity values will drop into the low to mid 20s percent
along with southwest winds gusting up to 25 mph across portions
of northwest Minnesota. Given the extremely dry fuels, near
critical fire weather conditions are expected for the afternoon
hours. Any fire that does develop has the potential to quickly
spread.
