Some patchy dense fog will restrict visibilities to less than
one-quarter of a mile across parts of west and northwest Georgia. The
fog should lift after 10 AM.

If driving this morning, slow down, use low-beam headlights and
leave extra distance between you and the vehicle in front of you.

Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches with significantly higher amounts above timberline on favored peaks. * WHERE...Northwest San Juan Mountains and Southwest San Juan Mountains. * WHEN...Until 6 AM MDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slushy to snow packed at times...but especially during the overnight and morning hours.

* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog. * WHERE...A portion of central North Carolina. * WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

Patchy dense fog is possible this morning causing reduction in visibility. Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility this morning due to the fog. Drive at reduced speeds...watch for children at school bus stops...and use low beam headlights only. Visibility is expected to improve around 9AM this morning.
