Flash Flood Warning issued May 4 at 9:29PM EDT until May 4 at 11:45PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

At 929 PM EDT, the public reported thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 0.8 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE…Public reported.

IMPACT…Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Vandergrift, Apollo, Lower Burrell, Harrison Township, Natrona
Heights, Leechburg, Sarver, Freeport, North Apollo, West
Leechburg, Orchard Hills, Oklahoma, East Vandergrift, Hyde Park,
North Vandergrift, Crooked Creek Lake Park and North Washington.
