Northern De Soto Parish in northwestern Louisiana…
Northwestern Red River Parish in northwestern Louisiana…
Southeastern Harrison County in northeastern Texas…
Eastern Panola County in northeastern Texas…

* Until 815 PM CDT.

* At 602 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between
2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing.
While the rainfall is beginning to taper off…flash flooding
issues are still expected for the next couple of hours.

HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT…Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Blanchard, Waskom, Benton, Stonewall, Fosters, Deberry, Elysian
Fields, Eastwood, Scottsville, Keachi, Grand Cane, Longstreet,
Keithville, Spring Ridge and Cross Lake.
