* Flash Flood Warning for…
Steuben County in central New York…

* Until 945 PM EDT.

* At 638 PM EDT, Emergency management reported thunderstorms
producing heavy rain in Flooding occurring around Cameron,
Canisteo and Woodhull. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional
rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE…Emergency management reported.

IMPACT…Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Corning, Hornell, Bath, Campbell, Canisteo, Lindley, Wayland,
Painted Post, Addison, Woodhull, Hornby, Howard, Jasper, Thurston,
South Corning, Avoca, Cameron, Arkport, Cohocton and Savona.
