– At 305 PM AKDT, the River Watch Team reported that the
breakup front passed Lower Kalskag and then stalled
downriver, likely due to low water and still intact ice
downriver. River levels have come up rapidly and locals have
reported the road between Upper and Lower Kalskag is
impassable.
