White River at Hazleton.

White River at Petersburg.

.Prior locally heavy rainfall of 1.5 to 3 inches along the lower
White River has led to minor flooding at Petersburg and Hazleton.
Flooding is expected to end Friday.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…White River at Hazleton.

* WHEN…Until Friday evening.

* IMPACTS…At 17.5 feet, Flood water is near or starting on
Pottsville Road. Low bottomlands are increasingly affected by
flood waters.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– There is no current observed data.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.3
feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood
stage Friday morning.
– Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
