* WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…A portion of west central Texas, including the following
counties, Fisher, Haskell, Jones, Shackelford and Throckmorton.

* WHEN…Until noon CDT today.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Thunderstorms with heavy rainfall of 1 to 2 inches are likely
this morning as a band of showers and thunderstorms moves
through. With grounds already saturated from recent rainfall,
this rainfall may run off and produce flash flooding.
