At 1100 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. These
thunderstorms extend abut 30 miles east of Ormond-By-the-Sea, moving
northeast at 15 knots.

3 Weeks Left To Apply for FEMA Assistance Following February Severe Storms and Flooding FRANKFORT, Ky. –Homeowners and renters in Breathitt, Clay, Estill, Floyd, Harlan, Johnson, Knott, Lee, Leslie,  Letcher, Martin, Owsley, Perry, Pike, Simpson and Woodford counties who experienced damage or losses caused by  the February severe storms and floods have three weeks to apply for federal disaster assistance.
