* IMPACTS…Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

Dry conditions will lead to near critical fire weather conditions today. Afternoon RH values between 20 and 30 percent are forecast, with the lowest relative humidities below 25 percent expected to create near-critical fire weather conditions along and west of a line from Tower through Virginia and through Aitkin in northeast and north-central Minnesota.
