continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 931 PM EDT, river gauge reports indicated waters
continuing to rise along small streams and creeks. Flooding
is already occurring in the warned area, including along Lye
Creek.
