* WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…Portions of east central and eastern New York, including
the following areas, in east central New York, Western
Schenectady. In eastern New York, Montgomery, Northern Fulton,
Southern Fulton and Southern Herkimer.

* WHEN…Until 2 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– An area of heavy rain and thunderstorms are expected to move
over the area through this evening resulting in the potential
for locally heavy rainfall and flash flooding. Localized
rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible.
