* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible and in some cases is still occurring.

* WHERE…Portions of central New York, including the following
areas, Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Madison, Oneida,
Onondaga, Schuyler, Seneca, Southern Cayuga, Steuben, Tioga,
Tompkins and Yates and northeast Pennsylvania, including the
following areas, Bradford and Susquehanna.

* WHEN…Through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.
