* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE…Red River near Terral.
* WHEN…Until Friday morning.
* IMPACTS…At 21.0 feet, Some low-lying areas near the river may be
isolated by high water in side channels. Bottomlands near Charlie
Texas begin to flood several hours before the crest approaches the
Terral Oklahoma area. The river crest reaches the Illinois bend
area near Leon Oklahoma several hours later.

– At 9:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 18.5 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
– Forecast…The Red River is expected to rise to a crest of
20.7 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
