* IMPACTS…At 25 feet, Agricultural land and low areas along and
near the river begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 3:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 23.4 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this afternoon and crest near 25.5 feet this evening.
– Flood stage is 25 feet.
