At 1121 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of strong
thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and
small hail. This cluster of thunderstorms is generally located 45 nm
east of Ship Shoal 295, or 54 nm south of Timbalier Island, moving
east at 40 knots.
