Special Weather Statement issued May 8 at 6:20AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

Patchy dense fog can be expected along area river valleys this
morning, with visibilities potentially dropping to near or below
one quarter of a mile at times.

Commuters should be prepared for sudden reductions in visibility,
especially if traveling near or across area rivers. Use low
beams, slow down, and leave extra space between vehicles when
encountering fog.
