…CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS POSSIBLE ACROSS NORTHEASTERN
MINNESOTA SUNDAY…

.Breezy southwesterly winds gusting to 25 to 30 mph Sunday along
with relative humidity values as low as 20 percent may lead to
critical fire weather conditions across northeastern Minnesota
late Sunday morning into Sunday evening. RH values will improve
late Sunday evening as the air near the ground begins to cool
around and after sunset.

Additional breezy southwesterly to southerly winds and low
relative humidity values on Monday and Tuesday may lead to
additional critical fire weather conditions.

* AFFECTED AREA…In Minnesota, Koochiching, North St. Louis,
North Itasca, Central St. Louis, North Cass, South Itasca,
South Cass, Crow Wing, Northern Aitkin, South Aitkin, Carlton
and South St. Louis and Pine.

* WINDS…Southwest 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…As low as 20 percent.

* IMPACTS…This combination of wind and minimum RH could lead
to the rapid spread of fires.
