Flood Advisory issued May 9 at 5:36PM EDT until May 9 at 7:30PM EDT by NWS Tallahassee FL

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of southwest Georgia, including the following
county, Terrell.

* WHEN…Until 730 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of
water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 536 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Dawson, Bronwood, Dawson Municipal A/P, Herod, Yeomans,
Graves, Bridges Crossroad, Chickasawhatchee and Doverel.
