Special Weather Statement issued May 9 at 3:31AM CDT by NWS Grand Forks ND

Dry conditions will lead to near critical fire weather conditions
today. Minimum relative humidity values of 20 to 25 percent are
expected. In addition a cold front is moving through the area this
morning with south winds shifting to the north at 10 to 25 mph.
