For the Lower Mississippi River…including Red River Landing, Baton
Rouge, Donaldsonville, Reserve, New Orleans…Moderate flooding is
forecast.

* IMPACTS…At 22.0 feet, Marine and industrial interests along the
river, upstream barge operators, and facilities are impacted.
