* IMPACTS…At 20.0 feet, Flood stage. The Esopus Creek begins to
spill over its banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 3:30 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 21.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late tomorrow morning and continue falling to 17.5 feet early
Tuesday morning.
– Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
