Susquehanna River At Conklin affecting Broome and Susquehanna
Counties.

Susquehanna River At Vestal affecting Broome and Tioga Counties.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…East Branch Delaware at Harvard.

* WHEN…From Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 10.0 feet, Minor flood stage. Low lying roads along
the river from Downsville to East Branch begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:45 PM EDT Friday the stage was 7.6 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.0
feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood
stage tomorrow evening.
– Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
