possible.

* WHERE…Orange, Rutland and Windsor Counties of Vermont.

* WHEN…Through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in minor flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Rainfall totals between 1.5 and 2.5 inches are expected from
this afternoon through Saturday night. This rainfall combined
with existing high streamflows may result in minor flooding.
