Northwestern Bay County in the panhandle of Florida…
Holmes County in the panhandle of Florida…
Jackson County in the panhandle of Florida…
Walton County in the panhandle of Florida…
Washington County in the panhandle of Florida…

* Until 1000 AM CDT.

* At 456 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly given the currently saturated soils.

HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT…Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Panama City, Panama City Beach, Vernon, Bonifay, Chipley,
Graceville, Bradford, Live Oak, Ponce De Leon, Caryville, Wausau,

Whitehead Crossroads and Five Points.
