Special Weather Statement issued May 11 at 5:38PM MDT by NWS Denver CO

At 538 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5
miles east of Arapahoe Park, or 20 miles east of Denver, moving
northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include…
eastern Aurora, Bennett, Manila Village, Watkins, Arapahoe Park
and Strasburg.
