* WHAT…Southerly winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 to 50 mph
expected. Strongest winds along and east of I-5.

* WHERE…Northern and Central Sacramento Valley and Northeast
Foothills.

* WHEN…From 2 PM Sunday to 1 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Strongest winds along and east of I-5,
particularly from Chico northward.
