Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2 Meteorological Summary: Mostly dry and unseasonably warm weather expected statewide again today. A few showers or isolated thunderstorm cannot be ruled out between 3pm and 8pm over interior portions of the central and southern Peninsula as high temperatures combine with the afternoon seabreeze. High temperatures this afternoon could tie or break records today at several locations. Feels-like temperatures in the upper 90s to low 100s places nearly the entire state in a “moderate” risk for heat-related illnesses for those outside without protective measures. Locally sensitive wildfire conditions  will develop across Northeast Florida
