* AFFECTED AREA…In Minnesota, West Polk, Norman, Clay,
Kittson, Roseau, Lake Of The Woods, West Marshall, East
Marshall, North Beltrami, Pennington, Red Lake, East Polk,
North Clearwater, South Beltrami, Mahnomen, South Clearwater,
Hubbard, West Becker, East Becker, Wilkin, West Otter Tail,
East Otter Tail, Wadena and Grant. In North Dakota, Pembina,
Eastern Walsh, Eddy, Nelson, Grand Forks, Griggs, Steele,
Traill, Barnes, Cass, Ransom, Sargent, Richland and Western
Walsh.

* WINDS…South 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. Strongest
winds Monday afternoon.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…As low as 10 percent Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become
difficult to control. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Southerly winds will remain elevated
overnight with RH improving slightly overnight before falling
again after sunrise Monday. Due to the limited recovery
overnight critical fire weather conditions continue tonight
through Monday.
