Special Weather Statement issued May 11 at 10:51PM CDT by NWS Bismarck ND

At 1051 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 10 miles west of Fort Union Trading Post to 9
miles east of Watford City. Movement was northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Williston, Watford City, Tioga, Ray, Alexander, Arnegard, Epping,
Fort Union Trading Post, Bonetrail, Trenton, Wheelock, Keene,
Cartwright, Lewis And Clark State Park, Charbonneau, Charlson, Spring
Brook, White Tail Bay Recreation Area, Fort Buford State Historical
Site, and Rawson.
