* WHEN…Until further notice.

* IMPACTS…At 19.0 feet, the access road into the Joy Bluff
community is covered with 1.5 feet of water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1000 AM EDT Tuesday, the stage was 17.3 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.5
feet this evening.
– Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
