* WHERE…Little Colorado River Valley.

* WHEN…From 8 AM MST /9 AM MDT/ this morning to 7 PM MST /8 PM
MDT/ this evening.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Travel
will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Areas of
blowing dust will lead to reduced visibilities, resulting in
hazardous driving conditions.
