Van Buren, or 7 miles north of Hartford City, moving north at 10 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include…
Hartford City, Montpelier, Roll, Keystone, and Arcana.
