Coastal Flood Warning issued May 14 at 3:56PM EDT until May 16 at 4:00PM EDT by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC

* WHAT…Two to three feet of inundation above ground level
expected in low lying areas due to tidal flooding.

* WHERE…Shoreline in the District of Columbia.

* WHEN…From 7 AM Thursday to 4 PM EDT Friday, especially
around the time of high tide.

* IMPACTS…Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property
including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure
will be inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Tides between one half foot and one foot
above normal. The next high tide at Washington Channel is at
10:33 PM and 10:24 AM.
